Free Shipping on all boutique items (excludes Body Togs and supplements): Please allow 2 business days for these orders to be processed. Once they are processed they will be shipped within 3-5 business days.  There may be additional delays due to weather, holiday, and USPS exceptions beyond our control.

Shipping is free within the USA
 
Shipping will not be refunded.
 
 

RETURN POLICY

We want you to love your order, but if you don't:

*Returns are accepted for online store credit only.
*All returns must be received within 20 days of the date received.
*Sale items and accessories are FINAL SALE & cannot be returned. (This includes FLASH SALE items!) Any sale items returned, will NOT be processed. If you wish to have this item returned back to you, a $10 return fee will incur.
*All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. If items have makeup, deodorant, or other stains/odors, you WILL NOT be given credit and items will be sent back for a $10 return fee.

If the order is returned past the 20 day limit or does not fit the return guidelines, the items will be sent back to you for a $10 fee and no credit will be given.

 

EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS

Please place a new order online for the items you wish to exchange. This will ensure your items do not sell out before we have received your return. A full refund will be given for exchanges ONLY for a different size or color in the same item. Please include the NEW order number for the exchanged item on the receipt you are sending back with the merchandise. All other returns will be issued store credit. 

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

1. Please review our Return Policy above to be sure you meet all the return requirements. Returns that do not meet the return requirements will not be accepted and additional postage of $10 will have to be paid to have them returned to you.
2. Place in a shipping safe package and INCLUDE YOUR ORIGINAL RECEIPT.
